Red Pepper Jam Glaze. Serves: 1 cup
Baste poultry or pork with this glistening
red sauce and reserve some to serve on the side.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Red Pepper Jam
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- ½ tsp. Dried red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and cook over
medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat, let cool. Store in an airtight jar in the
refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
