Red Pepper Jam Glaze. Serves: 1 cup

Baste poultry or pork with this glistening red sauce and reserve some to serve on the side.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Red Pepper Jam
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. celery salt
  • ½ tsp. Dried red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, let cool. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
