Peach-Rasberry Butter Cookies (makes 6-8 dozen)
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3 heaping tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Almond extract
- 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
- Peach-Raspberry Jam
- Pecan halves
- Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add almond extract and
flour. Mix well. Pinch dough and roll into balls about 1 inch round.
- Arrange on cookie sheet. Make dent in each ball, and fill with a
little jam.
- Place pecan half on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
