Marinated Steak
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Port Wine
- 1 Tbs. Red Pepper Jam
- 1 Tbs. Honey
Directions
- Wisk together in small bowl, then pour over steak. Marinate for 1
- 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Pour marinade into small sauce
pan. Stir in 1 tsp. cornstarch and bring to boil. Boil at least 1
minute (to cook the meat juices present) and to slightly thicken
sauce.
- Broil/grill steak as desired. Serve sauce over grilled steak.
